The death toll from a Russian attack on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, has risen to 10, Ukrainian officials confirmed on Thursday.
The strikes, which hit several areas of the city, also caused damage to the headquarters of the European Union mission in Kyiv, according to a statement carried by local media.
