Russia Says 12 Ukrainian Drones Shot Down In Kharkiv, Mykolaiv

The Russian air defenses managed to shoot down 12 Ukrainian drones in the Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions during the past 24 hours, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

In a press statement, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said that Russian aviation struck 65 gathering areas of Ukrainian forces, which led to the destruction of two Grad missile launchers and the elimination of more than 170 nationalist extremists.

He added that missile and artillery forces hit 39 command posts, 47 enemy artillery firing positions, and 426 gathering areas for military forces and equipment; As a result, more than 400 ultra-nationalists were killed, and three Grad launchers, as well as three S-300 launchers, were destroyed in the Kramatorsk region of Donbas.

Moreover, Konashenkov noted that 190 Ukrainian planes, 129 helicopters, 1,139 drones, 333 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,443 tanks, 478 rocket launchers, 1,807 pieces of field artillery, and mortars, in addition to 3,464 special military vehicles have been destroyed, since the start of military operation on February 24.
