Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin and Djibouti Chief of Staff Zakaria Sheikh discussed bilateral military cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries.
"During the talks, the positive paces of developing bilateral military cooperation were noted, and promising directions for cooperation were identified," Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statment.
Moreover, Fomin stressed the importance of developing Russian-Djiboutian relations, and the readiness of the Russian Ministry of Defense to continue constructive dialogue.
