Russia has officially announced that it accused Ukraine of being behind the Crimean bridge blast that took place last August.

The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, said the Ukrainian special services were involved in this attack.

He explained that 12 people directly linked to the commission of this crime have already been identified from Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and Russia, of whom 8 are under arrest.

This comes at a time when the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Kyiv had received containers including radioactive materials from Europe to use them to accuse Russia of them, "according to the ministry's description."

The ministry confirmed, according to RT channel, that Ukraine, before the start of the eleventh emergency special session of the UN General Assembly, continues to prepare for a large-scale provocation to accuse Russia of committing a gross violation of the obligations of the agreement regarding nuclear safety during a special military operation.
