The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that 404 combat aircraft, 226 helicopters, and 3,600 drones have been destroyed, since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine.
In a statement, the ministry added that 414 anti-aircraft missile systems, 8,421 tanks, and armored vehicles, 1,074 rocket launchers, 4447 mortars, and 9146 private military vehicles were also destroyed.
It is worth mentioing that, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that Kiev is currently unable to launch a counterattack againest Moscow.
In an interview with a Japanese newspaper, Zelensky stated that the reason is the lack of weapons, which prevent his forces from carrying out a strike.
"We cannot start at the present time without tanks, artillery and HIMARS systems," he added.
It is worth mentioing that, observers said that the Ukrainian president will not launch an attack because the southern front, especially the Kherson region, has faltered.
