Russia has destroyed 496 Ukrainian Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and 2,388 tanks, since the start of the military operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Wednesday.
In a statmnet, Konashenkov pointed out that the Russian missile and artillery forces launched strikes on 1,053 Ukrainian military facilities in the past day.
Moreover, 31 Ukrainian command centers, 6 fuel depots, 910 strongholds were destroyed, the statmnet added.
The Russian-Ukrainian war has entered its second month as thousands of soldiers from both sides have been killed and millions have been displaced from the Ukrainian side since the start of Russian operations in Ukrainian territory on February 24.
Several countries have imposed significant economic sanctions on Moscow, while Russia has responded by imposing personal sanctions on a number of American and Canadian leaders.
