More than 300 Ukrainian militants were killed and 50 armored vehicles were destroyed, in Donbas and Donetsk regions, according to Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov.
"The Kinzhal missile destroyed a well-fortified and well-protected headquarters of a group of Ukrainian forces in the area of the village of Chasov Yar in the Donbas," Konashenkov said, according to 'Russia Today' TV channel.
He added that with high-precision "air-to-surface" missiles near a town in the Donetsk region, "Tochka-O" missiles, two rocket launchers in an underground bunker, two camouflaged groups of weapons and military equipment were destroyed.
He pointed out that the Russian Air Force destroyed 42 Ukrainian military sites, including three command posts, two radar stations, and a fuel depot, in addition to 35 storage areas for weapons and military equipment.
