Russia: 2 Ukrainian Planes, Helicopter, 13 Drones Shot Down

Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday shooting down two Ukrainian planes, a helicopter and 13 drones during the past 24 hours, in addition to destroying 136 military facilities, media reports said.

Earlier this morning, Two massive explosions were heard in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, “CNN” reported, without providing any further detail.

Dmitry Rogozin, Director General of the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) has confirmed that he does not rule out Russia’s use of its new orbital station for military purposes, in light of the country’s hostile geopolitical situation.

Russian-Ukrainian war entered its 19th day in a row, after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launching of military operations on Ukraine, on the morning of February 24.

European, Western and American countries imposed huge economic sanctions on Russia. The sanctions also targeted Moscow’s leaders, led by President Vladimir Putin and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
