Israeli media reported on Monday that 3 Israeli soldiers were injured as a result of mortar shells fired from Lebanon on the Shtula Israeli settlement in northern Palestine, according to Russia Today (RT) website.
Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee said, "During hours last night, several mortar shells were monitored from Lebanon towards an Israeli occupation military site in the area of the town of Shtoula, where the attack resulted in three soldiers being slightly injured."
Adraee added that several mortar shells had been detected a short while ago from Lebanon towards an occupation army position in the area of the town of Yiftah in occupied Palestine.
