Rotary Zone 2451 headed by its Governor Dr. Sherif Wali, signed a cooperation protocol with the 6th of October Investors Association, headed by Dr. Mohamed Khamis Shaaban, Chairman of the directors' Board.
The cooperation aims to provide 5000 jobs for youth in factories and companies affiliated to cement "Your Chance" initiative launched this year to encourage youth.
The wide participation came from the Specific Union of Rotary Clubs, Rotary members and the 6th Investors Association, coordinated by Assistant Governor of Nancy El Mahdi Rotary and Raymond Atallah Chairman of the Association's Operating Committee.
Dr. Wali, the Rotary Egypt Governor, praised the efforts exerted by the association in support of youth, especially as it is the 1st investor association launched in Egypt, which contributes to the national economy development.
The protocol aims to support the state development plan for employ 5000 youth, from the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Menoufia, Fayoum, and Beni Suef to provide all the appropriate privileges of employment from safe transportation to social insurance and medical contracts as well as legal incentives and appropriate wages.
Wali stressed during his speech Rotary's keenness to cooperate with all institutions, associations, and bodies that can play a big role in providing the services needed by the Egyptian society.
He pointed out that the "Your Chance" initiative” would sign more cooperation protocols with many parties to provide more job opportunities for youth in various governorates; this comes in line with the orientations of the state led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in conjunction with the rise of the Development Index of the Egyptian economy.
