Prime Minister of Romania Nicolae Ciucă said on Saturday that his country has a desire for more cooperation with Egypt in all common fields and the development of bilateral relations.
He explained that the talks session with his Egyptian counterpart focused on exerting more efforts to avoid the global food crisis as well as Romania's role in enhancing cooperation with Egypt and the African continent, in addition to discussing all opportunities to strengthen ties between Egypt and European countries.
The Romanian PM added that cooperation in some fields was discussed and all means for further trade relations between the two countries were addressed, especially after the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
On the other han, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister of Egypt, said that the talks session with his Romanian counterpart touched on the Romanian companies investment in Africa through strengthening joint cooperation between the two countries.
