Zamalek Cancel Newly-Signed Amir Adel's Contract

Zamalek SC have cancelled their contract with the Danish-Egyptian forward Amir Adel, who is also known as Alexander Jakobson, whom the club have signed days ago for a period of 4 years.

Zamalek have made a final decision to cancel Amir Adel's contract, based on a technical decision by the Portuguese coach, Jaime Pacheco, who did not want to rely on him within his team's formation.

Last Thursday, the White club announced signing Adel for a period of four years, as part of the Football Committee's plan to enhance the team in preparation for the new season 2020-21.

Adel, who was named the "Danish Ronaldinho" for his skills, played for many European clubs in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

The former Sarpsborg player, scored 20 goals in his entire career after playing 168 games.
