DownDetector reported on Thursday that leading photo sharing platform, Instagram, is down for thousands of users around the world.
No other Meta's applications were reported to be down.
Users expressed that they couldn't log in to the application, blank images, and "welcome to Instagram" photos.
The platform's communications The Verge Instagram communications said: “We’re aware that some people are having trouble accessing Instagram. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
