Reporters Without Borders announced today, Friday, that it had filed a new complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC), regarding war crimes related to the murdering of seven Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip by Israeli occupation army fire, between October 22 and December 15.
The organization stated in a press release that it has reasonable grounds to believe that the journalists mentioned in this complaint were victims of attacks that amount to war crimes and that they were deliberately targeted as journalists.
On October 31, Reporters Without Borders filed its first complaint with the International Criminal Court regarding war crimes committed by Israel since the 7th of the same month, related to the killing of 7 other journalists.
The organization called on the court's prosecutor to investigate all cases of killing of Palestinian journalists at the hands of the Israeli occupation army since October 7, who currently number at least 66 journalists, according to Reporters Without Borders statistics.
