The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) data showed that the remittances of Egyptians working abroad during the period July 2021 to May 2022 recorded about $29.1 billion, an increase of 2.1% on an annual basis, compared to about $28.5 billion, year-on-year.
The remittances of Egyptians abroad during May recorded about $2.4 billion, compared to about $2.6 billion during May 2021.
