On Wednesday, the official page of “King Farouk I" announced the death of Rania Riyad Ghali, the daughter of Princess Fathia Fouad, after a battle with illness in the US.
Ghali was born on April 21, 1956. Her mother, Princess Fathia Fouad, who passed away in December 1976, was the sister of King Farouk and the youngest daughter of King Fouad and Queen Nazli.
Her father was Riyad Ghali, who worked at the Egyptian consulate in the United States.
Princess Fathia had three children with Riyad Ghali: Rafik, Raed, and Rania.
