Star Randa El-Behairy wore an Algerian costume during her participation in the International Fashion Awards (IFA) Summer 2020 event.
The traditional costume was designed by fashion designer Mahasen Herzallah, where a bridal veil was added to make it more of a wedding dress. The design comes from the prestigious "Ouled Naïl" tribe in Algeria.
El-Behairy said during an exclusive interview with Sada el Balad English (See) that she will star in a Saudi Ramadan series "Ekhterak 2" along with Talal Al Sidr, Ahmed Eid, and Mai Selim.
As for short films, the star said she participated in several ones in the past, noting that these kinds of movies win prizes and have their own audience, and festivals.

Asked about the start of her acting career, El-Behairy said that the first film she starred in was "Regal La Ta'aref el Mustaheel" along with Hesham Maged, Chico, and Ahmed Fahmy.
"We produced the film ourselves using an average HD camera, and we rented a café to watch the premiere, only 6 of us," she noted.
"I've been an actress for almost 20 years, yet, in the beginning, it was very hard to develop one's talent and get noticed as an actor. The Internet wasn't available anywhere, and social media platforms were non-existent," the star pointed out.
"Our first film spread through the exchange of pc hard disks," El-Behairy added.
"Nowadays, a movie can be filmed using a smartphone, and it can be watched by millions just minutes after uploading it on the internet," she pointed out.
Randa El-Behairy's favorite actresses from the Golden Era Of Egyptian Cinema are: Faten Hamama, Soad Hosny, Nadia Lutfi as well as Magda.
El-Behairy added, during the interview, that she doesn't have a role model, because people are not perfect.
"I don't have a role model, yet, I take good characteristics from everyone," she said, adding that she comes from a respectful and strong background 'A family that has self-esteem and minds its own business.
Finally, the Egyptian movie star said that she could manage her career and family at the same time, referring to her only son, Yassin.
