The spreading of novel Coronavirus across the world and flight suspension did not hinder Egyptian actor and prankster, Ramez Galal from finishing filming his new prank show, which premieres annually during the holy month of Ramadan.
Galal filmed most of the episodes in Dubai, UAE, which wrapped about 10 days ago.
Hia magazine reported that the episodes of this year's show will be less than 30 episodes after several episodes were canceled due to precautionary measures taken in the UAE and some countries to stem the spread of the virus.
The prank's idea is based on the tricking the guest into thinking that they are guests on Yemeni singer- and television host, Arwa, show, who asks them a question to them, of which the answer is a picture, which launches the prank.
Galal’s prank shows always annually ranked number one in viewership ratings in the month of Ramadan.
It is worth mentioning that the World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus a global pandemic on March 11 as the new virus has rapidly spread to more than 121,000 people from Asia to the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
More cases of the virus, which causes respiratory disease Covid-19, continue to emerge, with outbreaks in South Korea, Italy, and Iran.
The data collected so far showed that at least 804,248 people are infected and about 39,068 people have died.
Transmission of viruses between humans happens when someone comes into contact with an infected person’s secretions, such as droplets in a cough.
They can also be transmitted by coming into contact with something an infected person has touched and then touching your mouth, nose or eyes.
It is known that older people appear to be more vulnerable to the effects of the emerging virus.
