The first look at season two of the animated TV series “Yahya and Knouz” has been released.
The series will feature historical facts and is set to debut in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.
The first part premiered in 2022 and featured an ensemble cast that included Yasser Galal, Ahmed El Sakka, Esaad Younis, Ahmed Elawady, Ashraf Abdel Baky, Alaa Morsy, and Samy Maghawry.
“Yahya and Knouz” was scripted by Mohamed Adly and directed by Mohamed Eid.
The project is the first animated series to be inspired by the events of the Pharaohs' Golden ParadeThe Pharaohs' Golden Parade.
The awe-inspiring parade was an event held in Cairo, Egypt on April 3, 2021, during which twenty-two mummies belonging to Kings and Queens of the New Kingdom of Ancient Egypt were moved from the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat.
