The Saudi Civil Defense has urged everyone to take precautions, adhere to safety instructions, and avoid areas prone to flash floods and valleys during the expected rainfall period, which begins today, Friday, and continues until next Tuesday.
The warning comes in accordance with the National Center for Meteorology's announcement of moderate to heavy rainfall expected in the Riyadh region, with the heaviest rainfall anticipated on Friday and Saturday.
The affected areas include the governorates of Dhurma, Marat, Al-Rayn, Afif, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quway'iyah, Al-Ghat, Al-Zulfi, Al-Majma'ah, Shaqra, Thadiq, and Huraymila, with varying intensity and rainfall amounts expected.
