Rafah crossing border received on Monday, 44 wounded Palestinians coming from hospitals in Gaza Strip for treatment in Egyptian hospitals.
In a statement, a medical source said that the crossing received 24 wounded Palestinian and 20 companions, where they were transferred by equipped ambulances for treatment to Al-Arish General Hospital, Sheikh Zuweid, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, Cairo, and the French Floating Hospital in Al-Arish seaport to receive the necessary treatment.
The source added that the injuries of the wounded Palestinian varied between wounds, fractures, shrapnel, head, eye, and body injuries.
They were transferred from hospitals in Gaza Strip to Rafah crossing in North Sinai by Palestinian ambulances.
