On Thursday, Queen Elizabeth II canceled two virtual appearances due to mild COVID-19 symptoms, Buckingham Palace announced.

The Spokesperson of Buckingham Palace announced in a statement: "The two virtual audiences that had previously been scheduled to take place today will now be rescheduled for a later date."

It was previously announced that Queen Elizabeth II was forced to call off her Tuesday virtual meeting since she contracted Coronavirus.

Her Majesty decided to undertake several light duties and office work at her Windsor Castle, where she has been staying since the beginning of the pandemic.

On Tuesday, the Spokesperson of Buckingham Palace said: “As Her Majesty is still experiencing mild cold-like symptoms, she has decided not to undertake her planned virtual engagements today but will continue with light duties.”

One of the 95-year-old monarch’s scheduled duties is a phone call with Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and she always keeps boxes of official documents.
