Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen of the UK, and her husband Prince Philip are going to celebrate their 73rd marriage anniversary today, Friday.
Due to the lockdown in the UK, the couple will celebrate their anniversary alone, away from their sons, daughter, and granddaughters.
Yesterday, Buckingham Palace released a photograph of the couple smiling while looking at a card made by her great-grandchildren Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, alongside other cards and letters from royal family members and friends.
The picture was taken at Windsor Castle, the queen's home west of London, where the couple is staying during the lockdown.
The marriage of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip occurred on 20 November 1947.
