Queen Elizabeth II is looking for a painter and decorator to work on Buckingham Palace with a high salary, Al Ain reported on Saturday.
Th salary is estimated at £31, 311 which is higher than the salaries of the senior high royalties.
Regarding the requirements of the job, "It’s adding the decorative finishes, for people to appreciate for years to come. It’s feeling inspired to deliver to the very highest standards, and it’s the pride in joining a team at the heart of a world-famous institution," the job advertisement mentioned.
It added: "This is what makes working for the Royal Household exceptional."
Applicants should be widely experts in the field of decorations and building painting, and they will join a small team for making Buckingham Palace look new.
The work includes rooms' walls coverings, signwriting, marbling, and gliding techniques.
It was reported that Queen Elizabeth II won’t return to the landmark, Buckingham Palace, although it is the central headquarter of the Royalty, People website cited The Sunday Times on Tuesday.
The 95-year-old monarch has been based at Windsor Castle since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, and it is expected to stay there for the rest of her life, according to a report.
Until now, no official voices responded to the widely-emerged reports regarding the Queen’s residency, however, the Spokesperson of Buckingham Palace issued statements regarding Her Majesty’s latest commitments.
In the same context, People magazine cited official Royal sources, stressing that Buckingham Palace will always be the primary headquarter of the Royalty.
