Qatar's Prince Receives Invitation from Saudi Monarch to Visit KSA

Sheikh Hamad Bin Tamim Al Thani, Prince of Qatar has received an invitation from King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz, Monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to visit the kingdom.

Sheikh Tamim received in Qasar Al Bahr (the Palace of Sea) in Doha, the capital city of Qatar, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Bin Abdullah, and Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia.

The visiting minister handed an invitation of the Saudi Monarch to Qatar's prince.

The Saudi minister conveyed greetings and wishes of more progress and welfare to Qatar's Prince and people from King Salman and his Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman.

On the other hand, Sheikh Tamim asked the Saudi minister to convey his greetings and esteem to King Salman and the Crown Prince.

After the reception ceremony, the host prince and the Saudi minister reviewed the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and methods of strengthening in all fields to serve aspirations of the two countries as well as discussing developments events at the regional and international levels and topics of the common interests.

In another context, the Ministry of Energy in the KSA announced joining both the United States of America (USA), Canada, Norway, and Qatar to found a new forum called" Forum of Zero Neutral of Producers".

The forum is a platform comprising countries producing oil and natural gas that seek to support the application of the Paris Treaty for Climate Change to lower carbon emissions to zero levels as one of the main targets of the forum.

An official at the Saudi Ministry of Energy said that climate change is a challenge that faces the whole world.

He affirmed that the kingdom adheres completely  Paris Treaty because it takes into accounts the rights and obligations of all interests of signatories and concentrates on the national circumstances of all countries.

The Saudi official added that the general target of the Paris Treaty is supporting the international response to challenges such as sustainable development and eradicating poverty.
