Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received a phone call from Pakistani Prime Minister (PM), during which they reviewed and discussed the latest developments on both the regional and international stages, in addition to exchanging views on efforts to support security and stability in the region.
According to an official statement by the Qatari Amiri Diwan, Pakistani PM affirmed his country’s full support and absolute solidarity with the State of Qatar in light of current developments, expressing Islamabad's aspiration to continue close coordination and joint action to promote regional peace.

Both sides emphasized the utmost necessity of continuing and intensifying efforts aimed at de-escalating current tensions through peaceful means and diplomatic channels.
The two leaders also underscored their shared commitment to ongoing constructive cooperation and coordination to support regional security, protect the safety of maritime navigation, and create favorable conditions for achieving a lasting and stable peace in the region.
