Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman warmly received Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at Al-Ula airport.
Qatari Emir is set to attend the 41st Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit, upon an official invitation from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The Amiri Diwan in Qatar announced that the Qatari Emir will lead his country's delegation to participate in the meeting of the forty-first session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which will be held in Al-Ula Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi.
Kuwaiti and Saudi newspapers stated that the confirmation of the participation of the Emir of Qatar comes after the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister’s announcement that Saudi Arabia will reopen its airspace and its land and sea borders to Qatar.
The 41st Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit is set to kick off later today Tuesday in the Saudi city of Al-Ula, under the chairmanship of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The GCC holds an annual meeting to discuss the progress made in achieving coordination, integration, and interdependence among the member states in various economic, commercial, educational, and cultural fields, in the interest of their peoples.
Earlier, the Kuwaiti foreign minister said: "Saudi Arabia will open its airspace, land and sea borders to Qatar, as part of an agreement to resolve a political dispute that pushed Riyadh and its allies to boycott Doha."
Earlier Monday, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman clarified that the Kingdom's policy, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz, is based on a firm approach of achieving the supreme interests of the GCC and Arab countries.
