Qaddaf El-Dam talked about the Libyan crisis in depth, addressing the real reason the old regime fell, how to solve the current problem in addition to several other issues.
In his opening speech Qaddaf El-Dam stated that Europe made a grave mistake into allowing the old regime under his cousin Moamar El-Qaddaf to fall. He assured that European forces chose to listen to Libyan traitors allowing the Security Council to issue a decree for the NATO Intervention which lead to what the state has become today.
Qaddaf El-Dam assured that most of the world's leaders at the time knew later on they did a grave mistake in allowing the intervention, most notably former United States President Barack Obama who quoted the intervention as a "Big Mistake because we could not provide the alternative".
He also pointed out that the French President Emmanuel Macron stated during a G8 conference that "Europe made a grave mistake, and now we have a big responsibility to fix it".
Qaddaf El-Dam said that the Libyan bureaucracy completely broke down after over 500,000 government officials where fired post the Libyan war and this completely shook the core of the state, resulting in militias, terrorist groups and unidentified mercenaries. He revealed that after the war took place over 2 million Libyans were displaced.
He also identified that even though the old regime still represented over 70% of the high ranks, non of them had any real representation post the war.
Qaddaf El-Dam attacked the Fayez El-Sarraj government, calling it "artificial" and formed by external forces. He revealed that the Sarraj sect spent billions of dollars with our repairing or fixing anything.
The former Libyan diplomat also attacked Europe's view of Libya, calling it "financial" and only based on their need of the state's petroleum, without looking into the needs of the state's citizens.
He thanked Germany, France and the African Union under the leadership of president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi who took into consideration that El-Fatteh revolution holds huge claim to true legitimacy in Libya.
He attacked Turkey's decision of sending terrorist mercenaries in order to support El-Sarraj in his unrightful claim in legitimacy. He also stated that anyone who paves way for foreign forces to interfere in Libyan business is a traitor and a coward.
