Pyramids Developments, a leading real estate company, announced on Tuesday a new hotel project in the New Administrative Capital on an area of 30 feddans.

Pyramids aims to develop unconventional investment thought in Egypt by making the use of real estate investments to achieve greater revenues and boosting investment in real estate instead of using it traditionally.

The new project will be managed by international and well-famed hotels, with which Pyramids are contracting.

The real estate company offers client-friendly payment systems and facilities for those who are interested in real estate investment.

Pyramids seeks to persify the investment aspects of its clients in the administrative capital to include administrative, commercial, residential, hotel, and tourist projects.

Meanwhile, the company launched new marketing ideas for the administrative units, which aim to lure more clients, as each client obtains an investment certificate, according to his unit's area.

Clients also could get a financial fund for their units from banks by providing joint collateral from the unit and the company, as an official entity.
