In a critical discourse, Russia's President Vladimir Putin touched upon the nation's most recent incidents, shedding light on a series of significant pronouncements:

Putin extolled the profound unity displayed by the community and reaffirmed their dedication to preserving the constitution and the existing system. He further emphasized that in all scenarios, a coup would have been thwarted, underscoring his administration's resolve.

The President lambasted the orchestrators of the coup, labeling them as traitors to the nation and its people. He mentioned that their actions could have resulted in a rift within the society. "The architects of the coup endeavored to fragment our society," Putin remarked.

Drawing parallels with past conflicts, Putin noted, "The spilling of kinfolk's blood is what the Nazis in Kiev yearned for, aiming to obstruct Russia's trajectory."

He commended the security institutions and the police force for aligning with the community. Moreover, he praised the pilots who perished in service, for safeguarding Russian interests. "The security apparatus and the police remained steadfastly with the community," Putin recognized, "and the pilots who fell in line of duty shielded Russia's interests."

The President also discussed the contentious Wagner Group. "Wagner soldiers were indeed patriots, reclaiming national territories," he conveyed. He intimated that a majority of the Wagner soldiers had been deceived, manifesting empathy for their plight.

Demonstrating gratitude, Putin appreciated the Wagner soldiers and their commanders for choosing to prevent further carnage. He announced that they now have a chance to engage in dialogue with the Ministry of Defense.

Putin urged Wagner soldiers to negotiate with the Ministry of Defense or to return to their residences or relocate to Belarus. The President guaranteed that his commitment to the Wagner soldiers will be upheld.
