On Tuesday, The Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had signed a decree imposing retaliatory economic sanctions in response to the unfriendly activities of certain states.
Under the new decree, Russia prohibits the export of products and raw materials to sanctioned persons and entities.
The decree also prohibits transactions with foreign inpiduals and companies subject to Russian retaliatory sanctions and allows Russian parties not to fulfill their obligations towards them.
