Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed, on Monday, that Russia will continue to support countries that face food shortage, as a result of the reckless policies of Western countries.
Moreover, Putin added, "We are helping countries that face food shortages due to the imbalance resulting from the unprofessional and unwise policies of some Western countries, and we will continue to help them," explaining that his country currently supplies itself with most of the necessary food commodities to maintain the stability of food security in the country, according to TASS news agency.
"We support food security by providing most of the main commodities at the present time, such as grains, sugar, vegetable oils, fish products and many other ingredients." Putin added.
