Putin, Mohammed bin Salman Discuss Russian-Saudi Relations over Phone

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed ways to develop Russian-Saudi relations in various fields, over phone on Monday, Kremlin said in a statement.

The Russian president and the Saudi crown prince addressed ways of confronting Coronavirus, including the possibility of using Russian vaccines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, the two sides exchanged views on implementing the agreements in the OPEC+ format, the Kremlin added.

“They underlined the disposition to continue close coordination between Russia and Saudi Arabia in the interests of maintaining stability in the world energy market,” the Kremlin noted.
