Early Wednesday, the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un officially began at Vostochny Cosmodrome, Russian media RIA reported.
Putin confirmed that "all issues" will be discussed between both countries' delegations, and leaders.
He also confirmed they would discuss satellite tech, therefore delegations inspected the space center.
The Kremlin released a 20-second video of Putin welcoming Kim, and getting ready for the talks.
Putin said: “Dear Chairman, I’m very glad to see and host you in Russia. This time, as we agreed, at the Vostochny Cosmodrome."
Kim responded: "I'm so grateful you are paying such attention to our visit to Russia," adding: "I'm sure we wil remain together in [the] fight against imperialism."
