Russian President Vladimir Putin has stressed the necessity of minimizing the consequences of Ukrainian attacks on civilian targets.
Speaking during a meeting held to discuss fuel supplies for Russia's domestic market, according to the Russian news agency "Sputnik," Putin stated: "I would like to re-emphasize the need to minimize the consequences of strikes targeting our civilian targets and infrastructure."
Putin explained that Russia's largest oil refineries are operating at full production capacity, while emphasizing the need to take comprehensive measures that match the scale of current challenges in providing fuel to the domestic market.
