Moments ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the developments of the Wagner group's actions with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko.
According to Belarusian Presidency, Putin spoke to Lukashenko and informed him about “events in Russia.”
This was Putin's earliest phone call with a foreign leader since the events of the Wagner Group.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on Russians to support Putin, after the latest “armed mutiny” by the Wagner mercenary group.
