Renowned Egyptian businessman Enan Galaly, the founder of Helnan International Hotels, has passed away in Denmark. A close source cited by "Masr Times" reported that Galaly died a few hours ago. Arrangements are underway to transport his body to Egypt on Saturday, where he will be buried in the family cemetery along the Suez Road.

Born in Cairo, Galaly grew up in the Heliopolis district, a well-known suburb of the capital. His father was an officer in the Egyptian Army, which instilled in him discipline and a strong work ethic from a young age.

Galaly’s entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Helnan International Hotels. The name "Helnan" holds personal significance, derived from "Hel" (Heliopolis), his birthplace, reflecting his deep pride in his roots, and "nan" from his own name, Enan.

Under Galaly's leadership, Helnan International Hotels became synonymous with luxury and high standards in the hospitality industry. The chain boasts a portfolio of prestigious hotels across several countries, known for their exceptional service and prime locations. Galaly’s vision was to blend traditional Egyptian hospitality with modern amenities, catering to both local and international guests.
