Princess Maria Laura of Belgium announced her engagement to William Isvy, a French-British investment banker, on Monday.
Maria, 33, who lives in London, was wearing a black floral dress as she showed off a dazzling diamond and sapphire ring in engagement photos which have been released by the Palace.
A statement revealed that the wedding will take place in the second half of 2022.

Her parents, Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz, announced the happy news with a picture where the couple was hugging and smiling.
Maria was born in Brussels, at Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, on the 26th of August 1988, the second child and first daughter of Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz.
On the other hand, William was born in Paris to a British mother and a French-Moroccan father but spend most of his childhood in London.
