Nearly 15 million employees are so happy thanks to the president's decision to double the minimum wage to 2,400 pounds, equivalent to 100%, and increase salaries without imposing any new tax burdens. This step represents providing a decent life for all Egyptians.

This decision will provide the employee with hope, amid all the dark allegations and rumors that have linked the absence of any opportunity to improve people's conditions and the state’s implementation of major national projects, in addition to the grim news on the global inflation and recession due to Coronavirus pandemic, which caused prices to rise.

in the second republic, the president called for providing huge funds estimated at EGP 282 billion, in addition to improving living conditions by establishing new road networks, developing existing ones, regularizing electricity, energy and water, improving the living conditions of 58 million citizens in rural villages and cities as part of a project to improve rural conditions, and above all, the state of security and stability in which we live in a troubled region. Following increasing the salaries of the employees and workers in the state apparatus and the pensions, we hope that a similar increase will be applied for salaries of employees in the public business sector. To feel the effects of this decision, it should be accompanied by the commitment of the state agencies to control the markets and tighten control over the greedy merchants, drivers of microbuses, taxis, and all private means of transportations as they used to exploit the increase in salaries to raise the prices.

The fact is also that the state of joy which flooded the lives of millions of employees and newly appointed ones, when he decided to raise the minimum wage, is a special surprise because it means that Egypt is progressing and wages have doubled since the June 30, 2013 revolution, It is the simplest gift to the Egyptians in the Second Republic ..
