President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received today Murray Auchincloss, CEO of British Petroleum, in the presence of Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and Nader Zaki, the company's regional president for the Middle East and North Africa.
The official spokesman for the presidency indicated that President El-Sisi praised the company's activities in Egypt in the fields of gas and oil, as well as in developing various Egyptian fields.
He welcomed the increase in the company's investments in the Egyptian energy sector, stressing the government's keenness to provide all necessary facilities for the work of international companies and increase the involvement of the private sector in this vital sector.
