President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call today Wednesday from Tunisian President Kais Saied.
The official spokesperson for the Presidency said that the Tunisian President congratulated President El-Sisi on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, expressing his wishes that God would bless the brotherly Egyptian and Tunisian peoples, and the entire Arab and Islamic world, with goodness, prosperity, and blessings during this holy month. President El-Sisi, in turn, expressed his sincere appreciation for this kind gesture, wishing Tunisia and its brotherly people all the best, prosperity, and well-being.
Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson, added that the two presidents affirmed during the call the depth of the historical relations between Egypt and Tunisia, and the importance of continuing joint efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation in a way that serves the interests of the two brotherly peoples and fulfills their aspirations for greater development and stability.
