President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said, “We appreciate Gabon’s vital role in issues that concern the African continent,” during a press conference with his Gabonese counterpart, President Brice Oligui Nguema.
President Sisi welcomed the Gabonese President and his accompanying delegation on their visit to Egypt, and also congratulated him on the great role in protecting their country and the success of the referendum on the constitution.
During his speech at the press conference that followed the discussions with his Gabonese counterpart, President Sisi praised the historical relations between the two countries, stressing Egypt’s support for Gabon and its readiness to provide all support during the transitional phase.
