On Tuesday, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received a phone call from German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Both leaders discussed the means of developing the bilateral ties between Egypt and Germany in all fields, according to the Spokesperson of the Presidency Ahmed Fahmy.
Fahmy added that both parties expressed their comfort due to the latest developments in the mutual relations between both countries, asserting the continuity in deepening the bilateral ties between Egypt and Germany.
They expressed their keenness in enhancing mutual cooperation in different fields, including economy, trade, and co-production, especially after the establishment of major mega projects in Egypt by German corporations.
Moreover, El Sisi and Scholz discussed major common-interest regional and international issues, agreeing upon the continuation of bilateral cooperation and coordination.
