President Sisi Back Home from UAE

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi returned back home after wrapping up a short visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he took part in the Abu Dhabi consultative summit called for by UAE President Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan.

Ambassador Bassam Rady, the official spokesman for the Presidency of Egypt, stated that Sisi's participation in the Abu Dhabi summit comes within the framework of Egypt's keenness to strengthen and develop distinguished relations with all friendly countries participating in the summit, as well as strengthening cooperation mechanisms for the benefit of the Arab peoples.

The summit was attended by Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and King Abdullah II of Jordan.

The summit also aims at coordinating on issues related to the regional and international security and stability.
