President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, affirmed his country's firm support for Palestine, during his meeting with the Palestinian Ambassador to Islamabad, Ahmed Jawad Rabie.
Zardari expressed - as Radio Pakistan reported on Friday - his solidarity with the Palestinian people, noting that the Pakistani people support the Palestinians in their legitimate struggle and their quest for self-determination.
The President of Pakistan had previously condemned the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza, and called again for an immediate ceasefire and an end to the genocide of the Palestinian people.
