On Friday, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi welcomed the Arabic resolution that was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Gaza.
President El Sisi posted on his official accounts: "I welcome the Arab resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly today to immediately halt violence in Gaza, shared by stability and peace-loving nations. We look forward to stopping violence in Gaza and protecting civilian lives."
On Friday, the UNGA approved the Arabic resolution that is calling for a “humanitarian truce” in Gaza.
