President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi participated in a commemorative photo with participants at the International Defense Industries Exhibition "EDEX 2025".

EDEX Egypt 2025 is an international exhibition specializing in defense and security industries, held biennially in Cairo. The first edition of the exhibition was launched in December 2018, based on the vision of the Egyptian political leadership to position Egypt on the map of countries hosting major international arms exhibitions.

This year's exhibition is organized by the Egyptian Armament Authority with the full cooperation and support of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Military Production, and the Arab Organization for Industrialization in Egypt. The event is held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, which gives it significant political and military weight.

The exhibition aims to showcase the latest technologies and solutions in the three defense domains: land, sea, and air. It attracts a high-level specialized audience, including military leaders, government officials, official international delegations, and industry experts and professionals from around the world.

The fourth edition of the Egypt International Defence and Security Industries Exhibition (EDEX 2025) will be held over four days, from Monday, December 1st to Thursday, December 4th, 2025. As in previous editions, the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo will host this global event.
