President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today witnessed the physical fitness tests for students applying to the Egyptian Military Academy and military colleges. The tests took place at the Academy's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. Upon his arrival, the President was received by Lieutenant General Ashraf Zaher, Director of the Egyptian Military Academy, and the directors of the military colleges.
Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that after the President's arrival at the Egyptian Military Academy's council hall, a presentation was given on the status of the tests for students nominated for admission to the Academy and military colleges for the October 2025 intake. Following the presentation, the students proceeded to the physical fitness tests.
President El-Sisi pointed out that the Military Medical College offers a scientific, intellectual, and academic level of the highest caliber, comparable to that of the world's best medical schools.
He affirmed that graduates of the Military Medical College will compete with graduates from the world's top universities, thanks to the highly advanced curriculum, education, and training they will receive, as well as the computerized system implemented for both teaching and examinations.
The President urged the students to focus on acquiring academic knowledge, emphasizing that the internship is an integral part of their studies at the college, and that there will be collaboration between the college and leading international medical schools.
