President Abdel Fattah El Sisi discussed the latest developing escalations in Gaza with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Presidency Spokesperson Ahmed Fahmy announced on Tuesday.
In a phone call, both leaders asserted the importance of focusing on the dangerous consequences of the continued military attacks against civilians, Fahmy added.
Moreover, President El Sisi, and Kishida pointed out that a dangerous situation in Gaza would impact the region's security and political status.
On his side, President El Sisi underscored that Egypt is continuing its efforts in creating a wide coordination between various regional and international parties, urging them to support de-scalation in Gaza, and helping deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza's people to avoid further suffering to them.
