Pope Francis expressed his deep sorrow over train disaster in Indian state of "Odisha", which killed at least 288 people and injured over 900.
In a statment, the pontiff said that he prays a lot for the injured, wishing them a speedy recovery.
It is worth mentioning that, Egypt’s offered condolences to India over the victims of the collision of trains in the Asian country.
The collision left behind several hundreds killed and injured.
The ministry reaffirmed in a statement the solidarity of the Egyptian government and people with their Indian counterparts, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
